Delivery Information

Your purchase will be dispatched within 2 working days and usually faster, so should be received within 7 days. See our delivery page for more information. If  for any reason an item will take longer to reach you we will be in contact within 24 hours of your purchase.

Payment

Payment may be made via PayPal, where you can pay by credit or debit card without the need for a PayPal account. If you choose bank transfer during the checkout process we will send you an invoice with payment details within 24 hours of your order.

Refunds and Returns

Unsuitable items can be returned within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for return delivery costs unless your items are faulty or not as described. Goods must be unused, in brand new condition and in original packaging. All items bought as part of a board package must be returned, complete and unused. Please get in touch if you need to return an item.

Good received as returns will be checked for original condition and a refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery) will be processed via the original payment method within 48 hours of receipt. If goods are received in an un-sellable condition SUP North reserves the right to to refuse a refund, in which case the items will be returned to you at your own cost.

Please check all deliveries carefully before signing the courier’s paperwork. If there is any visible damage to the packaging at all you must fully unpack the item and check carefully for any damage. If the delivery driver will not wait while this takes place, you must make sure the item is signed for as ‘damaged’. If any damage is subsequently found, we will not be able to make a claim with the courier or offer you  compensation or a replacement if the package has been signed for as safely delivered.

If there is a fault with your item please get in touch with us via email or telephone before returning the item. We may ask you to provide photographs of the problem. We will arrange collection or agree a return shipping method.

Returns should be sent via a recorded or tracked shipping method to ensure they arrive safely with us. Please get in touch if you need advice about which company to use.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
