We were invited to the Morecambe Bay Waterfest event by the British Kitesports Association to bring along a range Red Paddle Co, Starboard and Fanatic Stand Up Paddle Boards for demo and free taster sessions.
It’s a good job we were there as the wind didn’t show up so our SUP boards came in very useful to keep the kitesurfer competitors entertained through a series of SUP races where everyone took part, even if this was their very first time on a SUP board!
We managed to squeeze in some time for a few land paddle demos and even a blast ourselves on the land paddle boards with a kite.
Hopefully we’ll get invited to this event next year!
